This useful app calculates the required focal length for a specific camera model and desired field of view.
Lens Calculator includes a data base with the models of the USB and GigE uEye camera family. You just choose the right model and enter the required working distance and object size – and Lens Calculator immediately returns the right focal length for a C-mount lens.
Lens Calculator allows to enter dimensions both in metric units (mm, cm, m) as well as in the imperial system (inch, ft, yd).
